I found the staff to be very friendly. the hotel offers complimentary drinks in the minibar, this was a good surprise. the hotel's location is excellent, close to the main train station. This made travel very easy. breakfast was included and had a nice selection. I found it quite satisfactory.
The noise from the street was noticeable. It sometimes disrupted sleep.

The hotel provided free drinks in the mini-bar. It was a nice surprise. The location near the train station was really convenient. Exiting at the correct exit made it a short walk. The breakfast included many options. I especially liked the tea selection. Staff members were friendly. They were also attentive.
My room was facing the street, and I could clearly hear street noise, including trams and cars.

The room had a pre-filled minibar that included three beers and water for free. Rooms were clean. It was super clean. Coffee and tea-making facilities were provided. The room was pretty quiet. It faced the backside.

Reception staff members were friendly and helpful. Sunny and Sandeep stood out. The staff allowed a late check-out by an hour. A staff member spoke Portuguese. It was very helpful for some guests. The staff was always willing to help guests responsibly.

The hotel is renovated from the inside. A tram stop is in front of the door. The gym had a single machine. It allowed for a complete routine with adjustable dumbbells. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

the breakfast was included and i guess it was ok, nothing to write home about, but acceptable.
the room they gave me was tiny, i swear my suitcase had more square footage. and dont even think about sleeping in because of the street noise. trams and cars honked all night long, so restful sleep was not an option.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the main train station. It made getting around very simple. The inclusion of a free mini-fridge in my room was a good surprise. I was amazed by the friendliness of the staff. They were always ready to help.!!
